Terms
All prices can be reviewed at https://www.diginetpro.online at any time. Acceptable payment methods for services are provided on the official website.
Billing & Payment
- All payment invoices are generated 7 days before the payment due date.
- Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspended and, ultimately, terminated service.
- Late payments are subject to a payable late fee.
- Subscription-based payments can be canceled at any time, but refunds/credits are not applicable after 7 days from payment.
Marketing & Privacy
As a registered customer of Diginetpro, you agree to receive promotional emails about special offers, which may include third-party offers. You may unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter we send. All information provided during registration with Diginetpro is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Migration
If a product includes free migration, the free migration is only provided between the same control panel platforms (for example, cPanel → cPanel, Plesk → Plesk). We do not provide free migration between different control panels (for example, Plesk → cPanel).
Fund / Credit Balance
- Funds added to the Diginetpro wallet (Credit Balance) are non-refundable.
- Refunds issued to the Diginetpro wallet are non-refundable.
Domain Registration
It is the client’s responsibility to verify that domain registration is successful. In rare situations, a domain registration may fail due to software, network, or other technical errors. If there is an issue with domain registration, the client must contact Diginetpro within 7 working days by emailing support@diginetpro.online.
Diginetpro accepts no liability for the loss of any domain that failed to register due to invalid/insufficient information, late payments, or technical issues beyond our control.
Backups & Recovery
- Free backup is a complimentary, automated service. We will provide data from backups only if a backup exists on our storage servers.
- Accounts larger than 10GB or containing more than 100,000 inodes may be excluded from backups.
- Diginetpro is not responsible for files or data residing on your account; you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups.
- Backup rotation is weekly with a maximum retention of 4 snapshots.
- No backups will be provided if the account is suspended due to non-payment.
Disk Space & Content Restrictions
- At least 90% of a shared hosting account must contain web pages (HTML, PHP, ASP, etc.) linked to media files hosted on our server.
- Accounts with mostly unlinked files or no HTML documents are subject to deletion or cancellation without prior notice.
- Downloading websites (music, movies, software, etc.) is prohibited on Shared, Unlimited, and Reseller hosting plans.
- Video/music streaming is prohibited on Linux Shared and Linux Reseller hosting plans.
Adult & Prohibited Content
Adult content (pornography, nudity) is not allowed. The following are also prohibited:
- IRC-related services, proxy scripts, torrents
- Warez, hacking tools, exploits
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- IP scanners, background processes on shared servers
- Any content violating copyright or trademark laws
Customers may not register domains that infringe trademarks (e.g., amazonaffiliates.in, googlesearch.in). Diginetpro may suspend or delete such accounts without refund.
Spam, Mailing & Abuse Policy
- Zero-tolerance for unsolicited bulk email/spam.
- “Safe lists” and “double opt-in” campaigns may still be considered spam.
- Accounts sending spam may be terminated without notice or refund.
- Bulk mailing is not allowed. Each cPanel account may send up to 100 emails/day (shared & reseller plans). Violators risk suspension.
Backup Storage & Security
Accounts must not be used as backup storage. Diginetpro may delete such data. Customers are responsible for account security. Diginetpro is not liable for hacked sites, malware, or data loss — maintain your own backups.
Reactivation Fee
If your service is suspended due to malware, phishing, or prohibited content, a reactivation fee of ₹2,000 INR will apply. This fee is non-refundable.
Changes to Terms
Diginetpro may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
